By using NextStranger, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online video chat legally in your location. Adult or explicit use is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access that content.
User Conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Do not share illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or non-consensual content.
- Do not record, publish, or distribute another user's image, voice, or messages without consent.
- Do not use bots, scraping, spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Do not share sensitive personal information with strangers.
Random Chat Risk
NextStranger connects users randomly. We cannot guarantee who you will meet or what another user may say or show. Leave a chat immediately if it feels unsafe, inappropriate, or uncomfortable.
Service Availability
The service may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features may be updated as the platform evolves.
Moderation
We may investigate abuse, restrict access, or remove users when needed to protect the platform and other users.
NextStranger Premium
NextStranger Premium is an optional paid subscription sold by Dacso srls (Italy). It adds gender and country match filters, removes preview clips and shows a Premium badge. The free service remains available without a subscription.
- Price and renewal: €2.99 per week or €6.99 per month, VAT included, charged at purchase and renewed automatically for the same period until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from "Manage or cancel subscription" in the Premium window. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid; no partial refunds are given for the remaining time.
- Right of withdrawal: Premium is digital content supplied immediately. By subscribing you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 59 Italian Consumer Code / EU Directive 2011/83).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Matching is not guaranteed: filters only limit who you are matched with among people online at that moment; narrow filters can make matching slower. Gender is declared by each user and cannot be verified.
- Moderation still applies: a suspension for breaking these terms does not give the right to a refund.
